Sr. Maria-Gabriel made her temporary vows at the convent in Thiais, France

Surrounded by her family that arrived from the Vosges and many friends, Sr. Maria-Gabriel made her temporary vows on December 10, 2014. The event took place during Holy Mass celebrated by H.E. Michel Santier, Bishop of Créteil.

After two and a half years as a novice, these vows represent an important stage in her formation as a religious. Sister Maria-Gabriel has committed herself to live by the vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience for three years. She will be assisted by her community.

Having made the profession, she entrusted her commitment to the Blessed Virgin Mary, asking her thrice for the great gift of perseverance.

At the end of three years, Sr. Gabriel-Maria will ultimately dedicate herself to the Lord in the Order of the Virgin Mary by making her perpetual vows.
